WCC Olympics!

It's training week at the WCC, and almost the entire program is here in Port Townsend at Fort Worden taking advantage of some awesome week-long classes.  Our crew members and IP are taking a variety of classes - I'm sure that a flurry of posts about specific trainings will come along in the next week or so.

Lou and James excited for training (and hard-hat frisbee golf)
On Monday we participated in the first day of the WCC Olympics, where members and supervisors compete in such competitions as hard hat frisbee golf, boot toss, rain gear long jump, and the chainsaw challenge (not as painful/awesome as it sounds, but still pretty cool - disassembling and putting back together a chainsaw while blindfolded).

Our award-winning flag!

Our whole crew participated in hard hat golf with AJ and Owen coming in joint 2nd place, one point behind the winning score.  Further games to be played tomorrow!
